3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Pinterest Integration

To use the publishing features of the Service, you must authorize PinBoard Studio to access your Pinterest account through Pinterest's official OAuth 2.0 process.

• You retain full ownership and control of your Pinterest account at all times.
• You may revoke our access at any time through the Service settings or through Pinterest's app settings.
• You are responsible for all content published to Pinterest through our Service.
• You must comply with Pinterest's Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Images generated through the Service using AI tools are created for your use. You are responsible for ensuring such content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by PinBoard Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

7. Affiliate Links and Commercial Use

The Service may facilitate the inclusion of affiliate links in published Pins. You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines).
• Ensuring affiliate links comply with the terms of your affiliate programs.
• Properly disclosing any commercial relationships in your Pinterest content.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services (Pinterest API, hosting providers, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for the performance, reach, or engagement of content published through the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinBoard Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Content you publish through the Service.

• Your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless the violation is severe or poses a security risk.
